Sort 304 Stainless
All components are produced from AISI Form 304 (18-8) austenitic stainless steel. This material off ers very good chemical and temperature resistance within a broad variety of diverse applications. Mainly because Sort 304 stainless steel are not able to be heat treated the mechanical strength and dress in effectiveness is inferior to typical carbon steel chains.
Sort 316 Stainless
All parts are made from AISI Kind 316 Molybdenum-bearing stainless steel. The molybdenum provides the alloy better total corrosion resistance compared with Variety 304 stainless steel particularly increased resistance to pitting and tension corrosion cracking within the presence of chlorides. Mechanical strength and wear functionality are similar to Form 304 stainless steel chain.
600 Series Stainless
Pins, bushings and rollers are produced from 17-4PH stainless steels which may be age hardened for improved resistance to put on elongation. The corrosion resistance of this series is comparable (though slightly inferior) to Form 304 stainless steel. The operating temperature selection of this material on the other hand can also be not as broad as Type 304 stainless steel.
Mega Chain:
All parts are created from AISI Kind 304 (18-8) austenitic stainless steel. Available in two versions (Mega Chain and Mega Chain II) which use diff erent physical confi gurations to get further strength that’s equivalent to that of carbon steel chains. The operating loads of those chains are superior to that of normal 304 stainless steel chains resulting from a better pin/bushing bearing parts. In addition both versions possess a special labyrinth style seal style and design that helps stop the penetration of abrasive foreign materials on the internal wearing parts.
